The festival Now you see me! awards a short film about BruumRuum!

BruumRuum! - a graphic light installation located in the plaza adjacent to the Disseny Hub Barcelona that operates like a large ear that listens and reacts to the sounds of the surroundings using colour lights - was inaugurated in 2013.

Diana Toucedo, director and ESCAC alumni, created a short film about the project which was designed by David Torrents & artec3 and LEDsCONTROL, with the production and collaboration of the Museu del Disseny de Barcelona. Now, the work has been recognized with the second place award at the festival Now you see me! International Public Art Short Film Contest which took place at the Louvre, on January 30th.

Now you see me! recognizes works that inspire public art to raise awareness of the role it plays it daily life. The jury was made of such prestigious personalities as Wim Wenders, Jaume Plensa, Daniel Buren, Daniel Karavan and Lech Majewski.
